Job Description
Growing Self-Storage operator looking for a skilled maintenance tech to work at its two Newnan, GA locations. This is an equal opportunity workplace and drug free environment, a clean driving record and background check are required for employment. This position will require an individual skilled in property maintenance including but not limited to;
- Pest control
- General and preventative maintenance
- Required Daily walk-throughs to ensure facility safety and integrity
- Ability to push, pull, lift up to 50lbs
- Clean and prep units for move in
- Abandoned unit clean-out and haul away Self-Storage specific responsibilities with on-the-job training include:
- Lien procedures such as lock cuts and drilling locks, over locking units, unlocking units, auction pictures (use of phone)
- Fixing hasps and door maintenance.
- Meet with and direct vendors when necessary.
- Special projects as they arise Schedule can be somewhat flexible, work may take place any day from Monday-Saturday and necessary vendor meetings.
