Job Description
Investors Management Company is currently seeking a Full Time employee to split the work between three communities in Pearson, GA and Willacoochee, GA apartments for the position of maintenance. This maintenance technician position is responsible for:
- Routine maintenance of apartment homes including light electrical repairs, painting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and mechanical duties for the interior and exterior upkeep.
- Participate in completing assigned service requests turned in by residents and provided by Management in a timely manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work.
- Inspection of units and get apartments ready for move in.
- Identify and report any maintenance and safety issues to the Property Manager.
- Supervise work done on property by outside vendors/contractors as needed.
