We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded individual with a minimum of 1 year of professional sign installation experience, specifically with roadway and interstate signage. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience installing roadway/highway signs Experience with interstate and DOT sign installations Knowledge of proper sign placement, mounting, and installation procedures Ability to read plans, sign schedules, and understand installation details Experience operating tools and equipment used for sign installation including concrete installations. Ability to work safely around active roadways and traffic Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Ability to work outdoors and travel to various job sites Able to lift 75 lbs. and maneuver in and out of trucks and beds. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Must provide professional references who can verify previous sign installation experience Responsibilities Install roadway, highway, and interstate signs Install sign posts, supports, hardware, and related roadway signage Perform sign removals and replacements Follow project plans, specifications, and DOT requirements Maintain a safe work zone while performing installations Properly operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment Maintain and care for company equipment Complete installations efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that proper sign installation is critical to roadway safety. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with highway and interstate sign work and be able to demonstrate a strong work history. References are required. Candidates without roadway/interstate sign installation experience may not be considered. Pay will be determined based on experience.
