Job Description

Step Into a Day on the Floor You arrive to a humming production line and jump right into supporting operators, clearing equipment faults, and keeping machines at peak performance. One hour you're tracing a 24V-480V circuit on a schematic; the next, you're swapping a sensor, dialing in a VFD, or isolating a pneumatic leak. You prioritize multiple calls, communicate clearly with production, and bring equipment back online—safely and fast. Core Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues across production equipment Respond quickly to production calls and resolve equipment downtime Execute preventive maintenance while tackling reactive/urgent work as needed Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, controls, pneumatics, and related systems Read and apply electrical schematics and machine diagrams to solve problems Partner with operators and production teams to identify root causes and fixes Balance competing maintenance priorities and work through complex challenges What You Bring Proven skill in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environments Confidence working on 24V-480V electrical systems Fluency with electrical schematics and machine drawings Independent, resourceful problem-solver with strong ownership Clear communicator who collaborates well with production staff Impact Your expertise minimizes downtime, stabilizes throughput, and helps operators do their best work—every shift, every line.
