Job Description

Senior Desktop Support Technician - OT & Cybersecurity Seeking a skilled desktop support professional with strong experience in shopfloor IT/OT environments and cybersecurity. This role supports and manages endpoint systems used in manufacturing, ensuring applications run smoothly and securely across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2/3 support for OT desktop systems and critical shopfloor applications Build, configure, and upgrade endpoint environments in line with cybersecurity standards Participate in global incident, problem, and change management processes Act as the local liaison for infrastructure teams, vendors, and service providers Maintain asset inventory (CMDB) and ensure compliance with global IT standards Support projects and site-specific rollouts, including application deployments Monitor and continuously improve system performance and security Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a global 24/7 IT environment
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years' experience supporting IT/OT systems in manufacturing or lab settings Strong background in network troubleshooting and endpoint security Working knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or networking credentials are a plus
