Position:

Maintenance Technician We are looking to hire an extremely hard working, sincere and friendly Maintenance Technician to add to our amazing team

Essential Job Functions Include:

Complete resident maintenance requests and repairs Prepare vacant apartments for new residents Keep the property clean and well maintained Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and appliance repairs Paint, clean, and complete apartment turnovers as needed Keep tools and maintenance supplies organized Participate in rotating on-call coverage Perform other maintenance duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Plumbing Electrical HVAC Painting Drywall Be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team. Provide excellent customer service with every interaction

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
