Responsibilities:

Maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of an organization Strip old finishes, neutralize residues, apply sealants or protective coatings, buff/burnish to restore shine, and perform grout cleaning or concrete polishing Check floors for damage, wear, or safety hazards Safely use auto scrubbers, polishers, burnishers, buffers Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum three (3) years related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively to residents and families and to work cooperatively with other employees at all levels
