Compensation:

$17 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:

Ensure all hotel facilities are maintained to the highest standards, enhancing guest satisfaction and safety. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset life. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring swift resolution to maintain operational efficiency. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with our hospitality goals. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring seamless guest experiences. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and Experience Minimum of 6 years of related experience and/or trade school training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
