Rebuild Technician / Multi-Skilled Handyman Brenner Restoration, Inc. is a locally owned fire, water, and mold restoration company seeking a skilled Rebuild Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can step in after mitigation and help put homes back together properly. Job Summary The Rebuild Technician is responsible for residential repair and reconstruction work following water, fire, or mold damage. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with a broad skill set who can handle multiple aspects of rebuild work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Drywall hanging, finishing, and repairs Interior painting and trim work Finish carpentry (baseboards, casing, doors, hardware) Light framing and minor structural repairs Cabinet installation and adjustments Appliance hookups (a plus, not required) Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners Qualifications Proficiency in drywall, paint, and finish carpentry Experience with light framing and residential repairs Cabinetry experience strongly preferred Appliance hookups a plus Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable transportation and basic tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail What We're Looking For This position is best suited for a jack-of-all-trades type professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and understands how all phases of a rebuild come together.
