Job Description
Building Maintenance Technician (223999-1) We are seeking a reliable and motivated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Aiea. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and fully operational. Hours Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Location Aiea, Oahu Pay $20 an hour Responsibilities Maintain general upkeep of the building structure and all shared common areas. Assist with minor repairs including drywall patching, painting, and basic carpentry. Perform light electrical and basic plumbing troubleshooting or component replacements. Support pool maintenance routines to keep facilities clean and chemically balanced. Operate a golf cart safely across the property to transport tools, materials, and yourself.
