Compensation:

$18.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures

Qualifications:

Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Driver's license and clean driving record is mandatory Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role About Company Located on the coastline of Hilo Bay, the Grand Naniloa Hilo, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is 30 miles from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
