Job Description
The Beall Corporation is a Hawaiʻi-based commercial real estate firm specializing in integrated leasing, property management, and asset management services across Oahu, Maui, Big Island, and Kauai. We combine institutional-quality execution with a hands-on, boutique approach—providing responsive, high-touch service and tailored strategies for each property we manage. We are seeking a maintenance technician to support the operations of a growing commercial real estate portfolio on Kauai.

Kauai, HI Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance and appearance of the property. Duties include basic repairs, painting, pressure washing, landscaping, cleaning, and assisting with maintenance projects as directed. On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the general appearance and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and common areas Perform basic repairs such as replacing light bulbs, tightening hardware, patching, and touch-up work Paint, pressure wash, clean gutters, and perform related upkeep Perform routine landscaping and grounds work, including trimming, weeding, and debris removal Assist the Facilities Manager and vendors with maintenance projects and repairs as directed Complete assigned work orders and report the status of each to the Facilities Manager Report any damage, safety hazards, or needed repairs promptly Receive, verify, and stock deliveries of janitorial and maintenance supplies Interact courteously and professionally with tenants, guests, and vendors Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment Other duties as assigned Qualifications Willingness to learn; on-the-job training provided Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus Prior maintenance, groundskeeping, or custodial experience helpful but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation Availability for occasional overtime or weekend work as needed Physical Requirements Frequently lifts and carries up to 50 lbs; climbs ladders and stairs; kneels, bends, and stands for extended periods; works outdoors in varying weather conditions; operates hand and power tools.
