Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Marina Dock & Maintenance Team Member to support the daily operations and upkeep of our marina facilities. This role involves hands-on maintenance, repair, and operational tasks essential to ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for boaters and visitors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and is comfortable around the water. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance of marina docks, boats, and related infrastructure to ensure safety and functionality. Assist with the installation, removal, and general upkeep of marina facilities and amenities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, docks, and storage facilities. Support operational activities. Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Utilize maintenance, repair, and operations tools and supplies efficiently to complete tasks effectively. Qualifications Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks in outdoor environments in various weather conditions. Able to lift 50 lbs safely. Must possess a vaild driver's license. Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience working in a marina or similar outdoor recreational environment is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation and punctuality is a must.
