Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic facilities maintenance team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where your expertise will keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this energized role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of building systems and equipment, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. Your proactive approach and technical skills will directly contribute to the seamless operation of our facilities, supporting both manufacturing processes and everyday building needs. Duties Perform a wide range of maintenance and cleaning tasks including but not limited to pools, wood and concrete carpentry, drywall, lights, BBQs, etc... Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future tasks. Understand and conduct preventative maintenance procedures to ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally. Maintain safety standards by following protocols during all maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Must have working knowledge of OSHA regulations. Qualifications Must demonstrate a positive attitude with an aloha spirit, work well alone as well as with others. Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields such as resort or building operations. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by plumbing and electrical experience and familiarity with schematics. Ability to operate diagnostic tools including ohmmeters as well as a wide range of maintenance tools effectively. Skilled in drywall repair, welding techniques and residential painting for diverse repair needs. Knowledge of CMMS software for work order management and documentation. Excellent communication skills in English to clearly document procedures and collaborate with team members. Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams accurately. Join us as a Facilities Maintenance Technician where your technical prowess fuels our success! Pay:
$26.00 - $31.00 per hour
