The Beach House Maui is the newest restaurant from Handcrafted Restaurants, the award-winning Hawaii restaurant group behind Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman, Moku Kitchen, Ulu Kitchen by Merriman, and The Beach House Restaurant Kauai.

About the

Role:

Working alongside the Executive Chef and restaurant leadership team, you will help lead a talented culinary team while creating an environment built on respect, teamwork, accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous learning.

We're Looking For A leader who

• Has previous kitchen leadership experience as a Sous Chef or similar supervisory role
• Leads with humility, integrity, and professionalism
• Inspires, coaches, and develops others
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment
• Values consistency, organization, cleanliness, and craftsmanship
• Communicates effectively with both the culinary and hospitality teams
• Shares a genuine passion for hospitality, the island of Maui, and the spirit of aloha
• Open availability including weekends & holidays and flexibility to work Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner shifts
• Experience in high-volume, chef-driven restaurants is preferred.
