Maintenance Technician
  • Property Management (Condos & Homes) Position Summary Experienced Maintenance Technician needed to independently handle repairs and preventative maintenance for condominiums and single-family homes. Requires at least 2 years of hands-on residential or multi-family experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage work orders with minimal supervision. Essential Duties
  • Perform plumbing, limited electrical, fixture, door, window, flooring, and general repairs
  • Troubleshoot in-unit technology (internet, TVs, keyless entry systems)
  • Complete work orders independently and respond promptly to service requests
  • Inspect units and common areas; report maintenance needs
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy
  • Keep accurate records and maintain clean, organized workspaces and tools
  • Communicate clearly with managers and co-workers
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional after-hours response Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of verifiable hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing and electrical required)
  • Knowledge of general residential repairs (doors, windows, flooring, fixtures, appliances)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call
  • Hawaii driver's license, reliable vehicle, and cell phone
  • Integrity, professionalism, and strong customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening Preferred
  • Condo or multi-property maintenance experience
  • Familiarity with work-order systems
  • Basic knowledge of safety practices/OSHA Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Frequent driving, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and ladder use
  • Lift up to 40 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and temperatures
  • Use of hand and power tools; exposure to moderate-to-high noise levels This role is designed for candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Duties may be modified as needed.
Pay:
$28.00
