• Part-Time Yard Maintenance Technician

This position is ideal for a motivated individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance services and contributing to well-maintained properties for our residential and commercial clients. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of yard maintenance tasks, including lawn mowing, edging, hedge trimming, weed control, leaf removal, light landscaping, and general property cleanup. You will represent the company professionally while providing excellent service to clients in the Makaha area and surrounding locations. This is a very part-time position (2 days per week, up to 8 hours per day, maximum 16 hours per week but typically less) with a flexible schedule that may vary based on weather and client needs.

• Responsibilities
• Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, and leaf removal to maintain healthy turf and vibrant landscaping.
• Conduct hedge trimming, light landscaping, and general property cleanup.
• Operate power tools and equipment (trimmers, blowers, hedge cutters, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver excellent customer service on residential and commercial properties.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Skills & Requirements
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to your own reliable transportation (experience driving with a trailer preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Physically capable of manual labor outdoors, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, dependable, and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Effective communication skills and commitment to superior workmanship.
• Prior landscaping experience is a plus; training will be provided to the right candidate.
