Job Description

The Facilities & Land Maintenance employee will work under the direction of the Facilities & Land Maintenance Manager and will assist with maintaining the Association's properties, as well as any other properties the Waikoloa Village Association deems necessary. The position will involve the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform a variety of grounds and landscape maintenance duties. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, applying approved herbicides or pesticides, fertilizing, digging, raking, and managing and maintaining irrigation systems.
