Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Candidates will safely perform maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, lighting, etc. to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Candidates should have related experience. Competitive Compensation pay. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions Professional and customer-oriented attitude Need minimal supervision with a self-directed work ethic Ability to work within a team, including communicating with the office and other maintenance staff on the progress of their maintenance tasks Working knowledge of maintenance and construction tools Knowledge of janitorial/custodial duties Proven building and facility maintenance experience and skills Problem-solving skills Responsibilities include but not limited to: Travel to multiple Properties Assist with janitorial/custodial duties as needed Respond to tenant's maintenance requests to resolve the maintenance request and accurately relay status and any issues (if applicable) to both lead maintenance and office staff in the group chat
