The ideal candidate should be a hands-on handyman with strong problem-solving skills who takes pride in completing repairs properly and documenting maintenance and repairs performed.

Responsibilities and Skills:

General hotel and property maintenance and repairs Basic plumbing and HVAC troubleshooting PTAC cleaning, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs Lawn mowing, landscaping, and general exterior upkeep Snow removal and winter property maintenance Painting and minor building repairs Comfortable working with hand and power tools Pool maintenance and chemical testing Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and find practical solutions Maintain records and document repairs and preventive maintenance Ability to drive a pickup truck, such as a Chevrolet Silverado, with a snowplow Basic computer and electronics knowledge is a plus Any additional maintenance trade, technical skill, or certification that adds value to the property is highly appreciated CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, organized, and willing to handle a variety of maintenance needs throughout the hotel. Previous hotel, apartment, commercial property, or general building maintenance experience is preferred.

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
