Maintenance Technician

Job Description One of our real estate clients in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service their apartment complex. These technicians will be assessing, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting the appliances, utilities, and equipment within the apartment units on a daily basis. They will also be assisting with "make ready's" to ensure all units are ready prior to tenants moving in. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and committed employee who can start immediately. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or Facility Technician in a residential or commercial setting (residential preferred) Experience performing troubleshooting and repairs on appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove, etc.) A/C and heating experience (light experience is okay) Light plumbing and electrical troubleshooting experience Light carpentry experience Reliable and professional EPA or HVAC Certification - highly preferred Pool maintenance experience
