What You'll DoPerform building, mechanical, and preventive maintenance to support employee and laboratory environmentsTroubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and facility systemsCoordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal partnersPrioritize work using PM systems and work orders; ensure timely, code-compliant completionOrder materials and maintain accurate documentation in the CMMSParticipate in on-call rotation as neededWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED2+ years of maintenance or skilled trade experienceStrong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, electrical, and building systemsKnowledge of 110/220V, single-phase, and 3-phase systemsBasic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamValid U.S. driver's licenseAbility to lift to 50 lbsWillingness to work weekday day shift with on-call rotationPreferred QualificationsExperience with boiler or hydronic systems or Journeyman Plumber LicenseKnowledge of pneumatic systems, electrical controls, BAS, or CMMSBenefits -
