We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our rapidly growing team. You will play an essential role in maintaining the quality and aesthetics of our properties while providing top-notch service to our residents.Key Responsibilities:
Perform minor and major repairs related to mechanical and aesthetic issues. Conduct general building preventative maintenance. Maintain environmental conditions within apartment spaces. Manage inventory related to mechanical systems accurately. Follow emergency procedures as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Assist with lawn care and snow removal as needed. Share on-call duties and respond to emergency maintenance requests 24/7.Expectations:
Maintain self-direction and motivation once trained. Demonstrate personal initiative and mechanical ability. Effectively follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Communicate effectively with residents and team members. Vehicle provided by the company onsite to utilize.Benefits:

bending, squatting, climbing stairs, pushing/pulling, reaching above shoulders, operating tools and machinery, storing and retrieving supplies. Ability to lift over 50 lbs as needed.Vision and Hearing Requirements:
Constant need to read and complete forms, review work orders, and view screens. Must communicate effectively via telephone and in person with vendors, contractors, residents, and onsite staff.Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and updated vehicle insurance. High school diploma or GED required; military experience is a plus. Proven experience in maintenance is mandatory. Open to all age groups, including older job seekers.Working Environment:
