Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician works to ensure the smooth operation of building automation and mechanical systems. Under the guidance of the Facilities Manager, this position will tackle a broad spectrum of facilities-related challenges, from electrical and mechanical equipment issues to telecommunications equipment. Will also involve setting up events and collaborating with student workers. Attention to detail and a proactive approach will be instrumental in maintaining a high-quality building environment at The Levitt Center for University Advancement. •Our office is located in Iowa City. On-site work is required. This position will also include some after hours on call status.•
