Overview Duties - light electrical work on lighting, ballast changes, socket and plug changes, painting, carpentry, fire door maintenance, working on high speed doors, very minor plumbing work and other general building maintenance, hvac experience is a bonus but not required at all In an ideal world looking for someone with all round maintenance skills who has done some electrical work What You'll Need High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
