Overview About The Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. What You'll Do Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently What You'll Need High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Ankush Pay:

$28.00 - $30.48 per hour
