Job Description

Maintenance Technician Shift available: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm National Management Resources has provided facilities management services for over 40 years. We work in educational settings, including K-12 facilities, boarding schools, colleges, and universities all over the country. We offer competitive wages. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs to buildings, facilities, and equipment.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain buildings. Complete set-ups and tear down for scheduled campus activities. Perform general maintenance using basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, appliance repair, and electrical wiring. Operate and maintain tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities. Conduct HVAC inspections and change filters as needed. Perform on call duties as needed/assigned. Ensure environment is safe and working properly. Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

Have a valid driver's license Lift up to 50 pounds Work from ladders Climb stairs Stand or walk for long periods of time. Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures.

Minimum Work Experience:

• 3 years' experience in general maintenance

• 3 years' experience in one or more building trades Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check is required for employment.
