Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Be part of a newly developing manufacturing operation from the beginning! Our client is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to play a key role in launching and supporting operations at a newly acquired manufacturing facility. As production equipment is installed and brought online, this individual will serve as the site's primary maintenance resource, working closely with the Operations Manager to support equipment reliability, troubleshoot issues, and establish maintenance processes that support long-term operational success. This is a hands-on opportunity to help build maintenance infrastructure from the ground up while supporting equipment installation, startup activities, preventative maintenance development, and ongoing production support as the facility ramps up operations. The role will work directly with site leadership and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on equipment reliability and site performance. Apply now to be considered for this opportunity!

Work Model:
    On-Site What You Will Do:
    • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment malfunctions
    • Partner with the Operations Manager to establish preventive maintenance programs, schedules, and maintenance procedures
    • Assist with equipment moves, production ramp-up activities, and facility readiness efforts
    • Help support installation, startup, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment and production lines
    • Install, replace, and maintain components including bearings, pumps, motors, and air cylinders
    • Disassemble, repair, and rebuild equipment to complete maintenance activities and repairs
    • Coordinate with equipment vendors, contractors, and service providers during installation and maintenance projects
    • Investigate recurring equipment issues and implement long-term corrective solutions
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and service logs
    • Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Additional Information

    Be Successful:
    • Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or a closely related field
    • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with practical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
    • Ability to work independently and manage maintenance priorities with limited supervision
    • Experience supporting equipment installation, startup, or commissioning activities is highly preferred
    • Comfortable working in a growing operation where processes and systems are still being established
    • Willingness to support both production equipment and general facility maintenance needs
