What We're Looking For We have an opening for a Maintenance Technician on our 2/2/3 shift (12-hour schedule) at our flagship U.S. mill in St. Ansgar, Iowa. Shifts start between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime. Communicate with operations and support teams to achieve production goals. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety policies. Use various tools and skills, including welding, fabricating, machining , and more. Operate a maintenance information system to track PMs and work orders. Work across multiple facility areas, including climbing ladders, using catwalks, and adapting to different climates. What We're Looking For Problem-solvers who enjoy figuring things out and tackling challenges. Previous maintenance, welding, or millwright experience preferred-but we'll train candidates with applicable experience, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to multitask, work as part of a team, and make sound decisions. Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, food-grade environment.
