Job Description
Maintenance Technician
- $20•28/hr.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance timeline that includes all facility equipment, procedures, and tasks. Perform regularly scheduled inspections and maintenance of all equipment in accordance with the maintenance plan. Effectively perform electrical wiring, sanitary welding, and moderate pipe fitting. Maintain accurate and complete records of work performed and labor time distribution. Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Prior industrial maintenance or repair experience/training preferred. Extensive working knowledge of shop equipment, power and hand tools, forklift operation, and maintenance equipment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to assess task complexity, set objectives, break projects into process steps, anticipate and adjust for challenges, and evaluate results. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to apply knowledge and experience to new situations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing environments.What You'll Get:
