Maintenance Technician - $30/hr DOE Monday - Friday | 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available! Are you a reliable, hands-on maintenance professional ready to grow your technical skills? A local production facility in the area is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep their equipment and facility running safely, efficiently, and smoothly. This role plays a key part in supporting production and warehouse operations through equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. What you'll do: Repair and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot machinery and perform diagnostic tests to quickly resolve issues Complete preventive maintenance (PM) to maximize equipment uptime Follow all safety procedures including Lockout-Tagout, Confined Space, and Hot-Work Work in various temperatures, including seasonal heat and cold Other duties as assigned by management team What we're looking for: Previous industrial or facility maintenance experience required, food manufacturing a plus. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Must be able to work independently throughout entire shift Basic math skills; must understand and follow instructions in English Ability to lift 50-60 lbs, bend, stoop, squat, reach, and work at heights Why you'll love working here:
