We are specifically looking for someone with professional vinyl and graphics installation experience who can step in and contribute immediately. If you have experience working in a sign shop, wrap shop, graphics company, or similar environment, we'd like to talk with you. This is not an entry-level position. Vinyl installation experience is required. We offer a consistent Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule , competitive compensation, paid holidays, and the opportunity to work on a wide variety of custom projects for businesses throughout Central Iowa. What You'll Do Your work will include: Vehicle lettering and graphics Partial and full vehicle wraps Window and storefront graphics Wall graphics and murals Printed and cut vinyl Vinyl lettering Removal and replacement of existing graphics Dimensional letters and logos Interior office and lobby signage ADA and directional signage Exterior commercial signage On-site measurements and installation layouts You'll work both in our shop and at customer locations throughout the Des Moines metro and surrounding area. What We're Looking For Professional vinyl installation experience is a must. We're looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of professional vinyl installation, including: Proper surface preparation Accurate measuring and layout Positioning and alignment Printed and cut vinyl application Working with larger graphics Working around curves, contours and obstacles Proper trimming and finishing Vinyl removal Producing clean, professional finished installations Vehicle graphics and wrap experience is highly valued. General sign installation experience is also valuable, but vinyl and graphics installation experience is the most important qualification for this position. The right person will be dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, comfortable working independently, and able to troubleshoot challenges in the field. You should also be comfortable using common hand and power tools and interacting professionally with customers. A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.

Compensation & Schedule Starting Pay:

$27+/hour, based on experience and capabilities For a highly experienced candidate, we are willing to pay accordingly.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Position:

Full-time, year-round Paid Holidays Our normal schedule provides consistent weekday hours without regularly scheduled nights or weekends.
