Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Maintain 16-unit apartment complex in Clark Fork, ID. Team member is responsible for apartment and grounds maintenance to ensure facilities are in safe, secure and good working order. Day-to-day tasks include completion of unit turnovers, processing work order requests, snow removal, and landscaping. May be asked to do other duties that will progress the cause of St. Vincent de Paul North Idaho.
SCHEDULE
: 30hr/wk

QUALIFICATIONS
Able to pass a background screening and drug test High-school graduate or equivalent Knowledge of equipment procedures and handling Valid driver's license with own transportation, proof of current auto insurance, and must have reliable transportation Able to work independently with a positive, customer-centric attitude Able to problem solve and multi-task, along with effective verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements :
Climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, (exerting up to 50 lbs. of force), reading detail work, problem-solving, stress, training, reasoning, verbal communications, customer contact, multiple concurrent tasks, interruptions.
Working Conditions :
This position requires work indoors and outdoors. Adequate clothing must be worn.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
