Full Job Description Pay Range:

$22.00

00 hourly (based on experience and certification) Grace Assisted Living and Memory Care is looking for a full time Maintenance employee. Come join our team at Grace Assisted Living. Job duties:

• Must be available to assist in completion of maintenance duties at our communities at Boise and Meridian. Reliable transportation required.
• Implement and document preventative maintenance program for facility equipment
• Maintain community grounds including outside building repairs, lawn maintenance and garbage
• Maintain inside of building, offices, and common areas, including carpet and furniture cleaning, removal of trash and upkeep of vinyl floors
• Prepares apartments for move-in and completes refurbishing of units after move-outs
• Maintains fire safety and emergency records required by regulations
• Observes problems, concerns, issues observed with resident units, the building and the grounds and communicates them to owner/administrator to find solutions to implement
• Other duties as assigned
