In this energetic position, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing traffic signs and related infrastructure across various construction and roadway projects. Your expertise will help ensure clear, reliable signage that guides drivers safely and efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, operate heavy equipment, and contribute directly to community safety and infrastructure development. We require that you pass a pre-employment drug test. Duties Install new traffic signs according to project specifications, ensuring proper placement and visibility. Maintain and repair existing signage, replacing damaged or outdated signs promptly. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate sign installation alongside paving, grading, or utility work. Follow all safety protocols during operations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues. Skills Proficiency in heavy equipment operation including skid steers, grade all's, & trucks w/ Trailers. Experience with construction site work, particularly in traffic control or roadway projects. Knowledge of traffic sign standards and installation procedures. Ability to read construction plans and interpret technical instructions accurately. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on dynamic job sites. Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is a plus for operating specific machinery efficiently.
