Our CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Our newly renovated facility is in Meridian ID, less than a 20-minute commute from Boise. The Boise area offers a moderate climate with quick access to outdoor recreation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for all maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art CNC machinery.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

Diagnose and repair production equipment including our state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines and PVD coating centers. Maintain and follow the facilities comprehensive machine PM schedules including: Oil and fluid levels Concentration levels Filter changes Machine or process calibrations Communicate with management and machinery vendors as required. Assist with Company maintenance projects and engineering efforts.

YOU'LL BRING

High School Degree or equivalent. 2+ years in a CNC manufacturing environment preferred. Demonstrated ability and knowledge of trouble shooting and repair of: CNC machines and controllers Electrical equipment and processes Mechanical equipment and processes Pneumatic and hydraulic equipment HVAC systems Demonstrated ability to handle numerous maintenance projects simultaneously. A desire to succeed in a fast-paced growing company. An interest in working with new technologies. Willingness to work with all departments and provide peer mentoring.
