Job Description

Rodeway Inn And Suites Nampa is looking for a dependable and hardworking Maintenance team member . We need someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, follows through on assigned tasks, and makes sure jobs are completed correctly .
Responsibilities May Include:
Replacing and repairing door locks and hardware Cleaning and maintaining the parking lot and exterior areas Cleaning and maintaining PTAC heating and air-conditioning units Troubleshooting and repairing basic hotel maintenance issues Minor plumbing repairs Minor electrical repairs, such as replacing switches, outlets, or light fixtures Repairing furniture, fixtures, doors, and other items Touch-up painting and basic room repairs Preventative maintenance throughout guest rooms and common areas Keeping maintenance and work areas clean and organized Responding to maintenance requests from management Completing assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner
What We're Looking For:
Reliable and punctual Able to work independently without constant supervision Takes responsibility for completing assigned tasks Good problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of general building or hotel maintenance preferred Willing to learn Able to communicate with management when a repair requires additional parts or assistance Must take pride in keeping the property clean, safe, and well maintained Experience in hotel maintenance, construction, HVAC/PTAC work, plumbing, electrical, or general handyman work is a plus, but we are willing to consider someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn . Additional job duties, expectations, schedule, and position details will be discussed during the interview.
Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
