Top Air Solutions is hiring motivated, personable technicians to serve homeowners throughout Chicagoland. We're looking for someone who connects easily with people, is comfortable using tools, and takes pride in doing the job right. This position combines hands-on cleaning with sales inside customers' homes. You'll visit scheduled appointments, inspect the system, explain your findings, recommend additional services, and complete the approved work with a helper. Selling is a core part of the job. You should feel comfortable discussing prices, answering questions, explaining the value of our services, and asking for the sale.

You accept feedback, follow our training and safety procedures, and work well with your helper. A valid driver's license and the ability to drive safely between customer appointments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Arrive at scheduled appointments and introduce yourself professionally. Confirm the customer's booked service and discuss their concerns. Inspect the system and explain what you find in simple terms. Recommend and sell appropriate additional cleaning and indoor air quality services. Explain the full price and obtain approval before performing additional work. Complete air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and other services covered by your training. Protect the home, maintain your equipment, and leave the work area clean. Document the work and keep customers and the office informed.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

Air duct cleaning experience is not required. We provide training on our equipment, services, inspection process, and customer communication. Experience in sales, home services, automotive service, retail, or other customer-facing work is helpful. Strong people skills, practical ability, and a dependable work ethic are essential.
