Job Overview Midwest Property Services is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman Technician, you'll perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across buildings, townhomes, and condominiums throughout the Chicagoland area. This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth. Responsibilities Provide maintenance five days a week Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner Perform basic plumbing, electrical, door repairs, gutter cleaning, and carpentry repairs, as well as snow removal Install lighting fixtures and other equipment as needed Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, and complete drywall repairs Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations Requirements Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures Proficient with hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good physical stamina and strength Effective communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Job Type - Full-time, Part-time Benefits Company truck provided Flexible schedule Must be able to commute to Addison, IL If you're a skilled tradesperson looking for a rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
