Alsip, IL Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC Maintenance Mechanic for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $28.56/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire! Responsibilities Plan, install, and service CNC and manual machinery to keep production running smoothly. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment layouts. Lead installation, removal, and relocation of production equipment. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems using schematics. Follow all safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, to ensure a safe workplace. Qualifications HS diploma or GED preferred. At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Proven expertise with CNC and manual machine tools. Minimum 2 years troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems, plus facility systems. Skilled in reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and using precision measurement instruments like micrometers and calipers.
