Overview We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team and play an important role in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and well maintained. This is a hands-on position that requires regular travel to job sites across multiple locations and states . Candidates must be comfortable driving to different job sites, working at various facilities, and staying overnight when required. Travel schedules may vary based on project and service needs. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects involving carpentry, construction, plumbing, electrical, and general facility repairs . The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and can work independently while also being part of a team. You will have the opportunity to work at a variety of locations, meet different teams, and take on projects that keep each day interesting and different. Work may take place during normal business hours, after-hours or weekends based on project and service needs. Responsibilities Perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects at multiple facility locations across several states. Complete hands-on work involving framing, finish carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, basic plumbing, and basic electrical repairs . Troubleshoot and resolve general construction, plumbing, electrical, and facility maintenance issues. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become larger problems. Complete repairs with attention to quality, safety, and detail. Maintain accurate records of completed work, repairs, materials, and maintenance activities. Communicate professionally with employees, facility staff, management, and customers regarding maintenance needs and completed work. Work independently while managing multiple service requests and projects efficiently. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Qualifications & Skills Hands-on experience in construction or maintenance is required . Strong skills in several of the following areas: framing, finish carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, basic electrical, and basic plumbing. Previous experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or a related trade. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and understand basic plans, instructions, and project requirements. Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Professional and customer-service-oriented approach when working with employees, customers, and management. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively. Leadership or experience mentoring others is a plus. Valid driver's license and ability to travel periodically between job sites is required. Ability and willingness to travel regularly between job sites, including occasional overnight travel and travel across multiple states, is required. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends when project or service needs require it. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
