Job Description
We're looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to support daily repairs and upkeep across a residential living community. This role focuses on keeping apartments clean, comfortable, and in great working condition. Responsibilities General apartment maintenance and basic repairs Painting and touch‑ups Light drywall patching and minor carpentry Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC issues Diagnose and fix simple refrigerator and appliance problems Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally Assist with unit turns and preventative maintenance Requirements Experience in apartment or building maintenance Ability to paint and patch drywall Basic HVAC troubleshooting skills Appliance repair knowledge Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:
