•and long-term disability coverage Paid holidays and vacation Bonus opportunities, including referral and production incentives Long-term advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on manufacturing machinery Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions Document maintenance work and preventative maintenance activities Support equipment reliability and maximize production uptime Qualifications 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience or related technical training Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing or production equipment Electrical troubleshooting experience, including motor controls and industrial systems Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Food manufacturing environment PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics Automation equipment Welding and fabrication Hydraulics and pneumatics Three-phase electrical systems and motor controls Why Apply?
