Job Description

Maintenance Technician Pay:
$28-$34/hr (Based on experience & skillset) Hiring for all shifts!
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | Overtime Available on Weekends Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping machines running at their best? We're looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our team and help ensure our production equipment runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing:
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Performing preventative maintenance and scheduled equipment servicing Diagnosing and resolving equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime Reviewing and maintaining maintenance logs, inspection sheets, and work orders PLC troubleshooting and minor programming adjustments Identifying and correcting potential safety hazards in real time Collaborating with production teams to provide support and training on equipment operation Ensuring compliance with GMP standards and safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout Making equipment adjustments to correct product defects and improve performance
What We're Looking For:
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic systems Familiarity with PLCs and production equipment Ability to work independently and within a team environment Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Must Have:
Mechanical Troubleshooting, Electrical Troubleshooting, Manufacturing Maintenance, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, PLC Troubleshooting Pay:
$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
