Job Description

CST Academy is a center-based multidisciplinary private practice and therapeutic day program for children with autism across the Chicagoland area. We are looking to add behavioral therapists to our Buffalo Grove team. Entry level or experienced therapists welcome to apply! We offer competitive compensation, collaboration opportunities, access to on-site BCBAs and free supervision. This position is for a part-time, after school role covering the hours of 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. There is opportunity for this role to turn into a full-time position based on clinic need. CST Academy serves a wide range of learners with an emphasis on neurodiverse affirming therapeutic services for children with autism spectrum disorder. We specialize in services for children ages 2-6. In addition to ABA therapy, we offer speech, feeding, occupational, and physical therapy, as well as a therapeutic-preschool and kindergarten program. CST Academy's multidisciplinary approach to learning facilitates a holistic approach to intervention that incorporates the perspectives of multiple disciplines. ABA therapists will work closely with BCBAs with many opportunities for training, supervision and in-person meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Planning for and providing targeted therapy for a variety of children on your caseload Performing data analysis and making data-based decision for skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Working closely with the BCBA to implement individualized programs for each child Other necessary skills and attributes include: Openness to working with children of all ages and with a variety of disorder areas The ability to connect with children and parents Creativity and flexibility Prior ABA therapy experience is a plus, but not required.
