Injection Mold Maintenance Technician Buffalo Grove, IL 💲 $30-$45/hr Based on Experience 🌙 10% Night Shift Differential About the Role A growing medical manufacturing company in Buffalo Grove is seeking experienced Injection Mold Maintenance Technicians to support production in a clean, modern, climate-controlled facility. Schedule Day Shift:

6:00 AM - 6:00

PM Night Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (+10% shift differential) ✅ Rotating 12-hour schedule ✅ Full-time hours with built-in weekdays off throughout the month Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Respond to machine alarms and identify root causes of failures Maintain and repair robotic and automated manufacturing systems Complete TPM activities and scheduled maintenance programs Repair and maintain assembly, packaging, and auxiliary equipment Upload, restore, and troubleshoot machine programs as needed Document maintenance activities and complete work orders Support machine startups, changeovers, and production operations Follow GMP, safety, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications Required Experience performing maintenance on injection molding equipment Experience troubleshooting manufacturing or production equipment Mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience Machine setup, changeover, or process troubleshooting experience Ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule Preferred Robotics or automation experience Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics GMP or regulated manufacturing experience Preventive maintenance (PM) experience SAP or CMMS experience Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) knowledge Why Join Us?
