Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Manager/ Handyman to join our team in 2026. The ideal candidate will be a "jack-of-all-trades" capable of handling a wide range of tasks—from minor plumbing and electrical repairs to carpentry and general upkeep. You must be highly organized, physically fit, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities •
General Maintenance:
Conduct routine facility inspections to identify repair needs; replace light bulbs, AC filters, and smoke detector batteries. •
Plumbing & Electrical:
Resolve minor issues such as fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, repairing running toilets, and replacing outlets or lighting fixtures. •
Carpentry & Repairs:
Perform basic carpentry including furniture assembly, door/window repairs, and drywall patching. •
Exterior Upkeep:
Handle minor landscaping, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and seasonal tasks like snow shoveling. •
Painting:
Touch up interior and exterior surfaces, fill gaps or crevices, and apply stains. •
Inventory & Reporting:
Manage stocks of repair supplies and maintain accurate records of all completed work. Required Skills and Qualifications •
Experience:
Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in maintenance, construction, or a similar role. •
Technical Knowledge:
Strong general repair skills and familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. •
Tool Proficiency:
Mastery of various hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.). •
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight or awkward spaces. •
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
