Job Description
We have an immediate opening for an Property Maintenance Technician to service our mechanical operations throughout our clients facilities. You will respond to requests for electrical repairs and breakdowns as well as perform routine maintenance and upgrade equipment as necessary. Candidates must know how to troubleshoot machines such as heat/air conditioners, electrical, dishwashers, laundry, and plumbing equipment. You will be responsible for making adjustments or repairs if the machine is not working properly and or efficiently. We prefer applicants who have at least one year of professional technician experience and have a flexible schedule. Property Maintenance Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities Landscaping & mowing of properties Conduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure quality Assemble and install electrical wire harnesses, and other electrical equipment Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule Log all services and report progress to management Utilize and store all equipment properly Install and or repair parts Electrical, irrigation, plumbing Property Maintenance Mechanic Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree Electrical experience 1+ years of experience working as an technician Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and all necessary equipment, 110 & or 220 volt systems Proficient with manual and power tools Proficient with commercial lawnmowers and weed eaters Familiar with code requirements and company safety regulations
