Our growing company is seeking a highly detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join the team ProActive Solutions. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the well-maintained condition of homes within our property management portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high quality service. Candidates should have some of the following skills/abilities. • Repairs and Routine Maintenance
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks
• Work together with tenants and Maintenance Supervisors to resolve issues and find solutions to common maintenance concerns
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers
• Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, appliances, and structural components Documentation
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses
• Provide daily updates to the Maintenance Supervisor regarding maintenance request status and ongoing projects Emergency Maintenance
• Address emergency maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with property management teams to develop and implement emergency response plans Unit Turnovers
• Able to perform unit turnover punch list in a timely and accurate manner
• Assist other team members in completing there list
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent, trade school certification in related field is a plus but not required
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, or experience in related fields
• Strong mechanical background, and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall repairs, and HVAC
• Ability to troubleshoot and address maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
