Job Description

A G Smart Garage | Deerfield, IL (North Shore / Chicagoland) This is a real trade career — not a dead-end hourly job. No garage-door experience needed. We'll teach you the technical skills; you bring the character.
WHO WE ARE
(read this part carefully) We're a small, tight-knit, technology-driven team serving affluent North Shore homeowners. How we treat each other isn't a poster on the wall — it's the job:
  • We own our mistakes. When something goes wrong, our people look in the mirror first, not out the window.
  • We're humble and coachable. Our best techs are the ones still learning, every month.
  • We're competitive, but we're not jerks. We want to win — and we want the person next to us to win.
  • We're positive and we don't make excuses.
Blaming the office, the leads, or the customer is not who we are. If that sounds like you, keep reading. If it doesn't, we're honestly not the right fit — and that's okay.
